C12000, known as Deoxidized Low Residual Phosphorus (DLP) Copper, is a phosphorus-deoxidized copper grade designed to combine excellent weldability and brazability with higher electrical conductivity than DHP copper (C12200).
Only a very small amount of phosphorus remains after deoxidation, eliminating oxide-related issues such as hydrogen embrittlement, while preserving near-ETP-level electrical performance.

Why Choose C12000?
C12000 offers the best balance between electrical conductivity and joining reliability. It is the preferred choice when near-ETP electrical performance is required, but brazing, welding, and fabrication reliability cannot be compromised.
Comparison:
C10200 – Maximum conductivity, premium applications
C11000 – Electrical use, limited joining
C12200 – Best for piping and HVAC
C12000 – Best balance of conductivity + weldability
